Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Reconciliation: Compare physical stock with WMS records to ensure accuracy.
  • Track Inventory Movements: Monitor inward quantity, order processed quantity, and cancelled quantity against available stock.
  • Cycle Counting: Plan and execute monthly cycle counting for each customer.
  • Wall-to-Wall Counting: Conduct quarterly wall-to-wall counting for all customers.
  • Inventory Accuracy: Maintain 99.65% inventory accuracy and less than 0.03% loss.
  • Audit Support: Provide data to internal/external auditors as needed.
  • Procedure Development: Design procedures to prevent high-value item loss and reduce warehouse damages.
  • Daily Counts: Count packing materials daily.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with strong analytical skills.
  • 5-7 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and order processing software.
