Job Overview:As a Junior Client Servicing Professional, you will support senior client servicing team members in managing day-to-day client accounts.Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, briefs, and reports for client meetings.
  • Work closely with creative and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and update clients regularly.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management (preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital industries).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Eager to work in a team environment and values collaboration.
  • Believes in the importance of trust, respect, openness, time, and initiative in the workplace.
