Job Description

The position of Overseas Admissions Manager involves leading a team to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of overseas MBBS counselling and admissions. This role demands strong people management, operational excellence, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience.

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire admissions cycle, including student counselling, university shortlisting, application processing, documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counsellors and admissions executives, ensuring achievement of departmental targets.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with international partner universities.
  • Monitor and enhance the quality of counselling services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to improve conversions and reduce application drop-offs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, or MBBS abroad advisory services.
  • Proven experience in team handling and operations management.
  • In-depth knowledge of international medical education systems.
