Product Analyst

About this role:

We are seeking an analytical professional to analyze and interpret product data, identify trends, and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and maintain product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Oracle Fusion Core HCM.
  • Understand business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Guide development teams on prioritizing work and providing effective solutions.
  • Evaluate the impact of changes and ensure thorough testing before deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
  • Detailed techno-functional expertise knowledge in Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, and Performance Management).
  • Extensive understanding of Hire to Retire business process, Performance, and Talent review Management.
  • Experience working through Agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
