As a key player in our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining automation pipelines to drive growth. Your expertise in Python and workflow tools such as n8n/Zapier will enable us to streamline our prospecting, lead enrichment, and outreach efforts.

  • Develop innovative solutions using Python to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement GTM workflows that integrate AI APIs for personalization and lead scoring.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in automation engineering, growth operations, or data engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, and data wrangling (SQL/Pandas).
  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) and integrations (HubSpot, Apollo, Slack, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Automate discovery + engagement on social media platforms and other channels.

  • Model data to support ICP design, segmentation, and growth analytics.
