Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Technical Content Writer to join our Marketing & Communications team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.

The role involves conducting thorough research on technical topics, writing, editing, and proofreading technical documents such as user manuals, white papers, product descriptions, how-to guides, and blog posts.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of technical topics to ensure accuracy and relevance of the content.
  • Create high-quality written content that enhances the user experience and makes complex technical information accessible and engaging for the target audience.

You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that meets the needs of both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience required.
  • Proven experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role, in the technology or digital services industry.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and practices.
