Key Responsibilities:

Parent Partnership (60%):

  • Guide parents through their child's entrepreneurial journey with empathy and understanding
  • Address concerns about balancing business with academics and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage 150+ premium family relationships with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Program Excellence (40%):

  • Ensure 95% retention through systematic engagement and regular feedback
  • Oversee student businesses generating real revenue and create 'proud parent' moments
  • Promote holistic development needs with a systematic approach and ongoing evaluation
We Need Someone Who:
  • Has 8+ years of experience in education WITH heavy parent interaction and excellent communication skills
  • Comes from IB/ICSE/CBSE school background (admissions/counseling/coordination roles preferred)
  • Can handle premium parents with tact and build deep trust relationships
  • Understands the importance of systematic approach in promoting holistic development
  • Believes teenagers can build businesses while excelling academically and demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit
