Land Acquisition Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Land Acquisition Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the acquisition of land parcels for future projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to potential land parcels, collect data, and prepare detailed reports for review by the Assistant Manager.

  • Establish first contact with landowners, local authorities, and community leaders to gather information about the land and its ownership.

  • Maintain a log of all stakeholder interactions, including contact details, key discussions, and next steps.

  • Assist in preparing and organizing documents required for land aggregation, including agreements and memoranda of understanding.

  • Work with the legal team to ensure that all basic legal requirements are met before proceeding with land acquisition deals.

  • Provide daily reports on activities related to land acquisition, including site visits, stakeholder meetings, and document preparation.

  • Keep accurate and organized records of all interactions, transactions, and communications related to land acquisition and aggregation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, real estate, or law.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic knowledge of land acquisition and real estate principles.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
