Our company is seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods at our Gurugram warehouse.

This role involves managing warehouse activities within defined timeframes and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup.

We are looking for an individual with experience in warehouse operations, preferably in e-commerce or fulfillment centers. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar ERP packages is an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure completion of warehouse activities within TAT and meet the defined KPI's
  • Pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Should be well versed with the warehouse processes GRN, FIFO, LIFO and Put away
  • Conduct period audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high level of stock accuracy
  • MIS Reports creation Monthly, Weekly and Daily
  • Ensure adherence to healthy, safety and administrative guidelines and procedures
  • Coordination with transporters/courier partners for dispatches, RTO orders
  • Generate E-way bill, Good Receipt, checking bills of vendors as per agreement
  • Coordinate with the external as well as internal team members

Required Skills: Experience 2~5 year, working in a similar profile with E commerce / Fulfillment Centre Knowledge in WMS / SAP similar ERP packages will be an added advantage Graduate, Knowledge of MS Office and Google docs Good communication and listening skills Should be able to perform task under pressure, be able to work 6 days a week
