Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Designer to spearhead the design of cutting-edge energy solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations.

Your primary focus will be on leading the end-to-end design process, from concept to delivery. This includes conducting thorough field research, gathering requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing innovative, user-centric products that balance functionality, aesthetics, cost, and reliability.
  • Conducting field visits to engage with stakeholders, gather insights, and identify real-world pain points.
  • Translating customer needs into actionable design requirements documents.
  • Collaborating with manufacturing teams to optimize production processes and reduce total cost of ownership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in industrial design, preferably with high-volume electronic or hardware products.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful, user-centric designs that drive business results.
  • Strong expertise in field research, usability studies, requirement gathering, and manufacturing processes.
