Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the admission process for Indian students seeking study abroad opportunities, working closely with universities and educational institutions across various countries to facilitate admissions and provide guidance to students.

This senior-level position requires a minimum of 4-8 years of experience in international recruitment and student counseling, with expertise in visa requirements and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead a team of 8-10 coaches/country counselors, ensuring monthly/yearly targets are achieved.
  • Visa Compliance: Ensure compliance with visa requirements and assist students with their visa applications.
  • Application Review: Coordinate with the admissions team to review and evaluate student applications.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions across various countries.
  • Policy and Market Awareness: Stay updated on changes in education policies, immigration regulations, and market trends.
  • Student Support: Address any issues or concerns raised by students and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions and student interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in international recruitment and student counseling.
  • In-depth knowledge of study abroad destinations.
  • Familiarity with visa requirements and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
