We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our Renal Care Product Development Team, managing the functional management of the team, including hiring, competency building, training, setting SMART goals, ACE Check-ins, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of professionals working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver Renal Care Projects related to product design change and new product registration in compliance with international, regional, and national regulations.
  • Identify necessary resources and build appropriate teams to support product development and lifecycle management.
  • Develop, document, test, and manage product-related changes in accordance with established Renal Care product processes and QMS.
  • Identify outsourcing partners for product development and lifecycle management-related activities as necessary.
  • Establish a culture of innovation and identify areas for product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or PhD in Science or Pharmaceutical disciplines, with a strong background in medical device and drug R&D.
  • Good knowledge of Renal HD therapies and products, product development stages, and life cycle management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
