As a Procurement Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on managing end-to-end transactional procurement processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations and improving end-to-end processes
  • Performing transactional activities such as spot buying, PR to PO conversion, vendor master data management, and helpdesk services
  • Overseeing day-to-day procurement operations within the global business services function, ensuring efficient handling of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management
  • Ensuring timely and accurate processing of procurement requests, including PR to PO conversion from initiation to order fulfillment
  • Reporting expertise to extract reports from enterprise resource planning systems
  • Coordinating with vendors for deliveries and queries related to purchase orders created
  • Coordinating with internal departments and stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure service delivery meets expectations
  • Communicating with internal/external customers and concerned groups in a timely manner
  • FOLLOWING up-to-date operational procedures and adhering to standardized processes
  • Initiating or executing archiving of contracts/purchase orders
  • Timely identifying potential issues and making appropriate escalations
  • Maintaining operational compliance with regulatory, internal, and external guidelines and supporting audit activities

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, and 3+ years of indirect spend procurement experience with strong negotiation skills and enterprise resource planning system knowledge.
