Senior Manager - SAP

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our P2S & S2P functional teams. This role involves managing a team of 10-20 SAP functional and technical resources, taking overall responsibility for the management of SAP resources to meet customer requirements.

  • This is a leadership position that requires strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as strategic and visionary leadership.

The ideal candidate will have extensive SAP experience, with deep expertise across modules and processes. They should also have hands-on experience in managing SAP resources, ensuring successful project delivery.

  • We are looking for a recognized subject matter expert in multiple SAP applications, with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and continuous improvement across teams, and will work closely with customers to understand needs, support business change, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Candidates must possess strong skills in communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

The selection process will consist of two technical rounds and a managerial round.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the SAP P2S & S2P functional teams effectively
  • Manage a team of 10 to 20 SAP functional and technical resources
  • Take overall responsibility for the management of SAP resources to meet customer requirements
  • Demonstrate strategic and visionary leadership through strong communication and collaboration with teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with SAP stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure business continuity and adherence to defined standards
  • Foster a high-performance team culture by setting clear expectations, planning, monitoring, and coaching
  • Lead end-to-end integration between functional and technical teams to meet business requirements
  • Work closely with customers to understand needs, support business change, and deliver a high-quality customer experience
  • Adapt SAP functional management to align with digital governance development models
  • Effectively delegate and focus teams and resources on business priorities
  • Ensure all technology resources are productive and aligned with business vision
  • Publish periodic metrics to all key stakeholders
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across teams
