We are seeking a Technical Support Professional to join our team.

  • Assist customers with technical issues via phone, email, and in-person support
  • Evaluate customer requests and diagnose hardware, software, and network problems
  • Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals
  • Process and resolve customer incidents efficiently
  • Document and track customer interactions using a ticketing system
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues according to service level agreements
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or other teams as necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems
  • Knowledge of common office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
