Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer who can thrive in ownership-driven roles. You will collaborate with our core team to design APIs, optimize infrastructure, and build real-time functionality that powers our platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development
    • Build robust backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
    • Develop and optimize real-time communication systems leveraging Redis, WebSockets, and scalable database architectures.
    • Implement caching strategies, performance tuning, and scaling solutions for high-traffic environments.
  • Architecture and Integration
    • Architect APIs and services that integrate seamlessly with our frontend and mobile clients.
    • Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and high availability in production environments.
  • Coordination and Collaboration
    • Coordinate with the frontend team to build products.

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL/MySQL with proven ability in query optimization.
  • Practical expertise with Redis for caching, messaging, and WebSocket-based communication.
  • Solid understanding of scalable system design, asynchronous processing, and distributed architectures.
