Job Title

We are seeking a Process Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and problem critical issues.
  • Provide support for data collection to enable Audit function.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of client process and policies.
  • Demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
  • Should be very proficient with SAP (OTC module).
  • Candidate should be comfortable with night shift.
  • Should have indepth knowledge of Order Management.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in Contract Admin/Order management.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • End to End OTC knowledge.
