Process Improvement Analyst Job DescriptionJob Overview:Our team is seeking a skilled Process Improvement Analyst to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform process walkthroughs to identify key risks and implement controls against the same.
  • Conduct risk assessments, analyze data from multiple angles, and identify trends that highlight areas of concern or opportunities.
  • Develop insightful analysis about business and their strategic and operational implications.
  • Identify cost saving/reduction opportunities and ensure that identified bugs/issues are well defined and root causes are identified.
  • Suggest remedial action plans (incident or systemic)/process improvement points for rectifying the gaps identified.
  • Interface with the business for rigorous follow-up for implementation of the recommendations and provide support for the same.
  • Research issues, trends, benchmark study etc. via external sources.
  • Perform internal investigations and conduct root cause analysis of investigation instances.
Requirements:
  • Preferably Chartered Accountant/MBA (with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in internal audit/operation audit preferably from reputed consulting firm).
  • Understanding of risk and control concepts, identify gaps and suggest best practices.
  • Processes oriented and have hands-on experience in writing SOPs/policies.
  • Practical exposures to data analysis and familiarity with IT tools and audit techniques.
  • Internal stakeholder engagement.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills for coordinating across teams.
  • Excellent team player, comfortable with working with all levels within the company.

  • Strong people management exposure.
  • Love for simplifying.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Willingsness to experiment and improve continuously.
Education:

Must be a qualified CA or MBA.
