Senior Digital Asset Management Professional

A lead professional is required to oversee the implementation and management of a digital asset system.
- This role involves leading the selection, configuration, and customization of a digital asset system for a global platform.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, workflows, metadata standards, taxonomy development, and asset lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of a digital asset taxonomy and governance policies.
- Manage a team of administrators, librarians, and asset managers to ensure best practices in digital asset management.
- Oversee the integration of the digital asset system with other systems, such as CMS, PIM, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
- Ensure the digital asset system supports multilingual and localized assets.
- Establish asset governance frameworks, including user roles, permissions, and approval workflows.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the digital asset system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Digital Media, Library Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital asset management or a related field, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of digital asset workflows, metadata standards, taxonomy development, and asset lifecycle management.
- Experience managing digital asset projects for global or multi-regional platforms.
