Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Bangalore, India. As part of our Global People Operations department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards in HR services.

With your expertise in managing quality processes and driving organizational effectiveness, you'll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring Quality Management: Develop and implement QC processes and standards, including internal quality checks, knowledge sharing, and process improvement.
  • Data Integrity and Compliance: Monitor and track progress of annual objectives and long-term targets, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the QC team, providing mentorship, guidance, and coaching to ensure the team's effectiveness and professional development.
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning within the QC team, enhancing data management practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10+ Years of Experience: Overall experience with a minimum of 2 years in related quality processes, including internal quality checks and managing QC processes.
  • 3+ Years of People Management: Minimum 3 years of experience in a people management role, preferably in Employee Data Management or similar fields.
  • Functional Competencies: Good understanding of service management, direct, assertive, and clear communication skills, flexibility in time and approach.
