Job Title: Vice President of Technology

Our organization is seeking a forward-thinking Vice President of Technology to spearhead the development and implementation of strategic technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation, streamlining operations, and fostering collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement modern software architectures, DevOps practices, and data engineering solutions.
  • Promote adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to drive competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Security teams to ensure technology aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Architect and implement cloud-based strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and SRE practices to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Build and scale a modern data platform for analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven insights.
  • Establish robust data governance, quality, and compliance frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in software development, DevOps, and data engineering; 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Proven track record in modernization, microservices, and enterprise-scale data platforms.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
