Senior Proposals Engineer I: A Challenging Role

This role offers a unique opportunity for application engineers to take on new challenges and work with a dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Understand project technical requirements and prepare SMART quotes for Middle East enquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop quote strategies and share product strengths against customer requirements.
  • Develop expertise in Actuation Technologies portfolio, including its technical aspects.
  • Work with Engineering/Factory teams to find suitable solutions for customer requirements.
  • Closure of technical clarifications and participation in technical clarification meetings.
  • Ensure Trade Compliance and Ethics adherence as per industry standards.
  • Effective handover to project management based on best practices.
  • Prepare final deliverables in accordance with quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering with 4-6 years of experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff.
  • Familiarity with relevant Standards and protocols.
  • Knowledge of statistical tools and computer software (Microsoft Office).
  • Excellent time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Power BI).
  • Able to build strong relationships with outside sales, peers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with RFQ/Quote Tools, Sizing, and Selection Tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
