
Strategic Business Operations Specialist

As a key liaison between the IT department and assigned business units, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, communicating, and validating requirements for changes to business processes and policies.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with stakeholders to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs. This includes understanding technology solutions needed, as well as the customer journey and user requirements.
- Identify areas of improvement within existing business processes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Participate in future SAP Discover, Build, Test and Deploy initiatives.
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional specifications that are clear and comprehensible to project teams and implementation consultants.
- Maintain comprehensive training documentation and train users on the proper usage of SAP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, finance, or information systems, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst is preferred.
- Experience supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Strong preference for candidates with FICO experience.
- Broad IT domain experience, preferably in multiple areas including Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Vendor Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support.
This role requires self-motivation, ability to drive collaboration among diverse personalities and departments, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally on occasion.
