The SAP FICO Specialist role is a key position within our organization, responsible for implementing and supporting the Financial Accounting and Controlling modules of SAP.

To be successful in this position, candidates should have at least 7-10 years of experience in SAP FICO, with a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in the SAP FICO module. They should also possess experience in implementing and supporting end-to-end SAP implementations, as well as experience with GST implementation.

Strong functional knowledge of FI (AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Bank Reco) and good knowledge in integrating with other modules such as SD, MM, PP are essential skills for this role. Additionally, the candidate should be able to support monthly/yearly closing of accounts and have experience in implementing and supporting Controlling modules, including Product Costing, Account based & Costing Based COPA and CO related issues.

Key responsibilities include generating project reports, providing precise status updates to leadership, managing subordinate managers and professionals, providing inputs to strategic decisions, and developing budgets. Furthermore, the candidate should be able to think out of the box solutions and not be restricted to the SAP environment.

Certification in the FICO module is preferred, but not required. A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification is necessary. Experience in manufacturing industry clients is desirable.
