Job Title: FICO Financial Specialist

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize SAP Central Finance solutions to integrate financial data from various systems.
  • They will prioritize and manage change requests in a cost-effective manner, collaborating with business stakeholders and partners.
  • This role involves partnering with Application leads and business leaders to deliver projects that add value to the organization.
  • The selected individual must be able to work independently on CFIN SAP FI Projects, considering SAP ECC, CFIN, and FSCM.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SAP Central Finance solutions, integrating financial data and optimizing financial processes.
  • Responsible for prioritizing and managing change requests with business, enhancements, and project initiatives together with business and partners in a cost-effective way.
  • Partner with Application lead and business leaders and support partners to own projects to deliver the value to the business.
  • Ability to work Independently on CFIN SAP FI Projects with respect to SAP ECC, CFIN and FSCM.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in finance and accounting is preferred.
  • Expert-level understanding of all finance processes, including period-end activities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Technical Skills:
  • Expert-level understanding of all Finance processes.
  • Working experience with Middleware like Agora, BODS.
  • Experience in Process industry.
  • SAP FI-GL.
  • SAP FI-AA.
  • Good understanding of Interface technologies (Idoc etc).
Certifications:
  • SAP cFIN.
  • S/4 HANA for Financial Accounting.

Business Processes Expertise: STP (Source To Pay), P2P and R2R, Integrate FICO with other SAP modules such as CO & MM, SD.
