Key Campaign Management Role

Campaign Execution
  • Develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, direct mail, and in-app channels.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including targeting, segmentation, and personalization.
Segmentation & Targeting
  • Use Adobe Campaign's data model and query capabilities (SQL) to create customer segments.
  • Leverage behavioural, transactional, and demographic data to build targeted lists.
  • Ensure compliance with opt-in/opt-out rules and manage suppression, seed lists.
Campaign Optimization & Reporting
  • Monitor campaign performance across delivery, open rates, click-throughs, conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and provide insights for optimization.
  • Generate campaign reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic/v8) campaign execution and management.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, SQL, and JavaScript.
  • Hands-on knowledge of campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for email template troubleshooting.
