Job Title: SEO Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Analyst to join our team. As an SEO Analyst, you will be responsible for executing SEO strategies with precision, ensuring error-free implementation, and driving measurable outcomes for our clients.

This is a core delivery and operations role where you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive technical SEO audits, ensuring timely and accurate implementation, and managing off-page SEO and backlink strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Delivery & Execution:
    • Conduct thorough technical SEO audits and ensure timely and accurate implementation of crawlability, indexation, CWV, schema, and log-file analysis.
    • Execute on-page SEO with attention to detail, including metadata, internal linking, keyword mapping, and content clustering.
    • Manage off-page SEO and backlink strategies with a focus on quality and authority.
  • Ai-First SEO:
    • Optimize for Ai Overviews, People Also Ask, and Featured Snippet.
    • Utilize Ai tools for keyword clustering, content workflows, and reporting automation.
  • KPI Ownership:
    • Deliver measurable improvements in line with client goals, including organic traffic growth, top 3 rankings for priority keywords, and uplift in organic conversions/leads or revenue.
  • Reporting & Accountability:
    • Maintain accurate weekly/monthly KPI dashboards (forecast vs. actuals).
    • Provide proactive recommendations and ensure continuous alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaboration & Operations:
    • Work closely with content, design, and development teams to meet requirements.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven experience delivering measurable results for global clients.
    • Strong expertise in technical SEO, including schema, sitemaps, Core Web Vitals, server-side rendering, and log-file analysis.
    • Proficiency with leading SEO tools, including GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GTMetrix, and Looker Studio.
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for SEO context.
    • Experience utilizing Ai and automation in SEO, including prompts, AI-assisted content workflows, and reporting automation.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate SEO insights into business outcomes.
    • Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and operational discipline.

  • Error-free execution across technical, on-page, and off-page deliverables.
  • 4060% traffic growth on assigned client account.
  • Top 3 rankings for identified core keyword.
  • Consistent Ai Overview & PAA visibility for target niche.
