**Job Title:** Senior Consultant
**Job Description:

As a senior consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to clients in the areas of governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, special reviews, process reviews, and process and controls optimization. You will work closely with client teams to gather necessary information and data points corresponding to the engagement objectives and scope.


Your key responsibilities will include analyzing data sets to derive meaningful insights and trends, creating visualizations for effective storytelling with data, reviewing working papers and client folders, suggesting ideas on improving engagement productivity, identifying opportunities for improving client service, preparing reports and deliverables, demonstrating an application and solution-based approach to problem-solving techniques, managing engagement budgets, and contributing to effective teamwork.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To qualify for this role, you must have 2-4 years of post-qualification experience in risk advisory or related internal audit experience/external audit experience/risk-related engagements. A Chartered accountant/MBA from a top-tier institute/IIA certified will be preferred. Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and presentation skills are essential.


You should be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative, comfortable interacting with senior executives within the firm and at the client. People with the ability to work collaboratively to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements are ideal.
