Job Title: Research Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Research Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in data management, working closely with consultants on research and mapping assignments.

The successful candidate will have excellent data management and research skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter accurate information into our database, ensuring all new and updated entries meet company standards and are correctly skill coded.
  • Ensure efficient data storage and accessibility.
  • Prepare trackers, reports, and update them regularly.
  • Format CVs according to required templates.
  • Work proactively with consultants to prepare presentations for client pitches, including market/product analysis, competitor structures, organizational charts, salary/benefits information, and bespoke research.
  • Conduct project-specific research, analysis, and evaluation of market information through internet and internal databases.
  • Identify target companies and candidates, continuously developing our internal database both quantitatively and qualitatively.
  • Track and record executive moves and relevant press articles from the internet and publications.
  • Utilize our database and other desk analysis tools to generate target candidates for search assignments.
  • Support the team on competitor insight reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong data management and research skills.
  • Bright, articulate (both oral and written) and well-presented individual.
  • Well-organized with a calm, unflappable temperament.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • First-rate organizational skills.
  • Proactive, willing, and adaptable.
  • A good team player.
