We are seeking an accomplished E-commerce Professional to oversee the management of sales through various e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional skills in account management, business development, and sales strategy. Strong communication and negotiation skills are also essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:- E-commerce Platform Management:
- Oversight of platform relationships and partnerships.
- Drive strategic initiatives to expand assortment offerings, increase visibility, and boost sales growth.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop joint business plans and optimize performance metrics.
- Sales Performance Enhancement:
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance data to inform optimization strategies.
- Design and execute targeted sales promotions, discount strategies, and seasonal campaigns.
- Partner with digital marketing teams to maximize ad spend efficiency and conversion rates.
- Platform Optimization & Execution:
- Maintain high-quality product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
- Monitor and enhance organic ranking, reviews, and ratings on platforms.
- Closely collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure seamless inventory fulfillment and minimize stockouts.
- Data Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Track sell-through rates, traffic, conversion metrics, and ROI across all platforms.
- Benchmark competitors to identify opportunities for improvement in pricing, assortment, and promotions.
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Relationship Building & Negotiations:
- Develop strong relationships with category managers and key stakeholders at e-commerce platforms.
- Negotiate optimal visibility placements, special promotions, and brand partnerships.
- Identify new e-commerce marketplaces and explore expansion opportunities.
