Job Role:

An experienced Transport Management professional is sought after to handle global SAP Transformations/Rollout/Support programs in a dynamic environment.

  • This role requires an individual with at least 4+ years of experience as an SAP TM Functional Consultant and one End-to-End Transportation implementation project with hands-on involvement.
  • A strong background in SAP EM, EWM would be beneficial.
  • Domain knowledge in Order to Cash, Service Delivery, and procurement areas is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will resolve TM related issues using their business and SAP TM Functional expertise.
  • Handling industry-specific TM scenarios like shipper, LSP, and carriers will be a key aspect of the role.
  • Implementation planning, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support will be part of the job requirements.
  • VSR optimizer, charge management, freight order management, and order management will need to be configured and implemented.
  • Mentoring junior team members and focusing on personal growth will be an important responsibility.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in IT-related discipline or MBA in Logistics/IT is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary for success.
  • A collaborative mindset across business functions is required.
  • A deep understanding of Data Conversion of Master and Transactional Data is crucial.
