Cost Accounting and Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Accounting and Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

  • Cost Accounting: Analyze product costing, including direct costs, overhead allocation, and variance analysis.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities: Implement cost control measures to enhance efficiency.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the organization.

  • Financial Performance Monitoring: Monitor financial performance against budget and provide updates to stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Automation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve accounting processes and procedures.

  • Systems Implementation: Participate in projects related to systems implementation.
  • Finance Process Automation: Identify opportunities for finance process automation within the organization.

Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

  • Internal Control Procedures: Assist in establishing and maintaining internal control procedures.
  • Audit Support: Support audits and tax compliance activities.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA):
  • 2-3 years of experience in pharma manufacturing:
  • SAP proficiency and advanced Excel skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy:
