Campaign Management:

  • Facilitate creative briefs and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

Content & Engagement Tracking:

  • Monitor influencer posts and compile content for internal use.
  • Compile performance reports highlighting engagement metrics.

Relationship Building:

  • Collaborate with influencers and creators to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure timely communication and basic negotiation within set parameters.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with social media, content, and performance marketing teams for amplified content reach.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or related fields.
  • Passionate about content creation and the influencer ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous internship or freelance work in influencer marketing or social media.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
