**Job Title:** Senior Tax Manager

Are you a seasoned tax professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in managing tax compliance functions and leading teams to achieve organizational goals?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate filing of all direct and indirect tax returns, monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations, and maintaining proper documentation and records to support tax filings and audits.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Tax Compliance:
  • - Ensure timely and accurate filing of all direct and indirect tax returns (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
  • - Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
  • - Maintain proper documentation and records to support tax filings and audits.
  • - Handle tax assessments, appeals, and litigation matters in coordination with legal and external consultants.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • - CA or equivalent qualification with 5–7 years of relevant experience in Taxation.
  • - Strong knowledge of Indian Direct and Indirect tax laws.
  • - Experience in handling tax audits, assessments, and litigation.
  • - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • - Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
