As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our company's growth and financial health. Your responsibilities will include:

  2. Closing the books on a timely and accurate basis;">
  3. Preparing and reviewing management information systems (MIS) reports to inform business decision-making;">
  4. Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including GAAP and income tax laws;">
  5. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing efficiencies in our financial systems and practices;">
  6. Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans;">
  7. Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial statements; and">
  8. Providing general finance support as needed.">

  • ">
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Semi qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/ MBA-Finance with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience or completed articleship;">
  • Background in accounting, compliance, and financial reporting, with exposure to healthcare or startup environments considered a plus;">
  • Deep understanding of GAAP, income tax laws, and indirect tax regulations;">
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights from financial data;">
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, including Zoho books and advanced Excel skills;">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and senior management;">
  • A meticulous approach to managing financial records and ensuring accuracy in reporting.">
