Job Opportunity: Total Rewards Leader
Total Rewards StrategyThe Total Rewards Leader will design, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and talent philosophy. This role ensures that total rewards offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Compensation Strategy & Execution
- Develop and administer compensation policies and processes.
- Participate in market surveys to benchmark compensation and benefits, assess the company's competitive position, and provide recommendations.
- Provide recommendations on bonus plans and equity programs.
- Benefits Management
- Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and leave policies.
- Analyze cost containment strategies and ensure benefits are aligned with HR and business strategy.
- Compliance & Governance
- Evaluate adherence to federal, state, and local laws governing compensation and benefits.
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for all total rewards programs.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment and effective communication of total rewards programs.
- Provide guidance and training to HR teams and business leaders on compensation and benefits practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, preferably within a technology company.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and HRIS platforms.
- Experience with Mercer and Radford salary surveys is essential.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
- A deep understanding of compensation and benefits compliance requirements.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- A passion for creating employee-centric reward programs that drive engagement and performance.
