Job Title: Engineering Director

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Director to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. As an Engineering Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Project Management: You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Technical Expertise: You will provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure that our projects are designed and delivered to the highest standards.
  • Client Relationships: You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and ensuring that we deliver projects that meet their requirements.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Degree: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is essential.
  • Experience: A minimum of 12 years of experience in a senior engineering role is required.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, including experience with design software such as RAM, CSC, ETABS, SAFE, and STAAD.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
