Plant Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Head to lead our plant engineering business unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering project management, operations delivery, and plant engineering processes.

This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining high-quality standards. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience handling multidiscipline large engineering projects, managing teams of 300+ resources, and executing projects for large customers in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

The Engineering Head will be responsible for leading the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Additionally, the role involves managing and mentoring a team of engineers, identifying and managing project risks and issues, and continuously evaluating and improving engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the delivery of plant engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective resource allocation, task management, and career development.
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure all engineering processes and deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a growth-oriented mindset and ability to handle dynamic growth, onboard new projects and customers, and promote total commitment to quality. A professional certification such as PMP (PMI) is desirable. Strong multidisciplinary knowledge, especially in Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines, is required.
