Senior Python Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust Python applications with a strong focus on AI/ML solutions, incorporating machine learning models, data pipelines, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into enterprise applications, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices in AI/ML and Python development, promoting knowledge sharing and growth within the team.
  • Evaluate and implement AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.) to enhance application performance and accuracy.
  • Analyze system design and data structures to optimize code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Develop and deploy AI-powered products using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for efficient deployment and management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on Python.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and AI frameworks.
  • Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI-driven applications in production, showcasing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience with cloud platforms for deploying AI-powered solutions.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, RAG models, or Agentic AI technologies.
  • Prior experience in mentoring AI/ML development teams and guiding projects towards success.
