About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Treasury Expert to lead our daily operations, overseeing finance & accounting functions including cash management, revenue recognition, general ledger, payroll, and budget preparation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in treasury management, bookkeeping, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee daily treasury operations, including weekends.
  • Establish and enforce proper expense policies and principles.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  • Develop and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years' experience as a Treasury Manager, Accounting Manager, or Controller.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment operations and digital payment processing.
  • Education: MBA Finance, BBA Finance.
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and external partners (bankers, auditors).
  • Ability to work in an early-stage company.
  • Financial services / payments industry background preferred.
