Job Description:

The role involves providing expert-level support for Oracle Flexcube, encompassing various modules such as Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintenance of Oracle Flexcube modules
  • Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports according to business requirements
  • Troubleshoot PLSQL APIs and Java-based extensions within Flexcube
  • Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments
  • Document technical and functional solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as a techno-functional consultant
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain processes
  • Good experience with multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade Finance, Payments, and Treasury)
  • Knowledge of interfaces and integration with external systems
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development
  • Familiarity with Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
