Key Role Summary

You will significantly contribute to the codebase by designing, developing, testing, and deploying highly scalable and fault-tolerant services. You'll collaborate with product management to envision future features and define solution architectures that align with business needs.

About The Role:

  • We seek an experienced engineering leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience in large-scale distributed system development.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in driving effective use of tools and automation for high-functioning software engineering teams.
  • They will be passionate about building back-end services and APIs using modern architectures.
  • A strong understanding of data structures, asynchronous architectures, and distributed algorithms is essential.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of software engineering principles and modern infrastructure operations is also required.
  • The candidate must be able to build robust, high-scale solutions.
  • Experience mentoring and training an engineering community on development best practices is preferred.
  • Familiarity with deployment and observability strategies supporting continuous delivery and high availability in a cloud-native environment is also beneficial.
