Job Title: Manager - Marketing and Client Relations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client success and growth initiatives. As the Manager - Marketing and Client Relations, you will be responsible for driving client success and growth initiatives, combining strategic foresight and hands-on execution to create memorable client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, managing stakeholders across various levels to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strategize and execute marketing growth plans for key accounts of Growtomation, working closely with internal teams to align growth goals with client objectives.
  • Oversee cross-departmental collaboration to ensure timely project deliveries, managing scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance processes through checklist, QA/QC process and quality control reviews to guarantee top-notch deliverables.
  • Lead the hiring, development, and management of talent, performing SWOT analysis of team members, and overseeing resource workload management to optimize team performance.
  • Identify and maintain essential tools and technologies that support daily operations in content creation and design function.
  • Onboard and manage external vendors for project execution, rate negotiation, and ensuring cost control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing accounts, strategizing growth, and leading teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing growth strategies, revenue operations, and client management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software (HubSpot preferred), and familiarity with QA/QC processes.
  • Prior experience of managing and delivering projects with on-time communications, flagging delays and complexities before-hand.
  • Familiarity with tools for content, design, and project management functions.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management, rate negotiation, and team leadership.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
