Key Role in Collections and Cash Management

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Services Analyst.

About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing cash flow, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash collections and reconciliation processes
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve cash flow
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in collections and cash management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Cash Application:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and SLA
  • Regular communication to Team Leader
  • Robust escalation process
  • Controls compliancy
  • Training and ongoing assessment of team members

Collections:

  • Cash Collection
  • Account Management
  • Customer Relations
  • Controls compliancy
  • Account Management through multiple revenue streams (GDO/2 Tier/Direct/Leasing)

Required Skills:

  • Relevant Experience should be mandatory
  • Excellent Process Knowledge in any OTC, Billing, Collections, Cash Apps, Order management (Purchase order & Sales order)
  • Minimum 2 years of team handling experience on paper
  • Excellent People Management Skills
  • Degree should be Mandatory
