Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Growth Specialist to lead our social media strategy, drive business growth, and create engaging content. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic social media plan aligned with our business objectives.

About the Role:

  • You will oversee daily social media management across platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and our blog.
  • Collaborate with content writers and graphic designers to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience.
  • Develop lead generation campaigns (organic and paid) to support business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Create and optimize lead funnels, including webinars, free resources, and other strategic content that drives results.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for increasing engagement and staying ahead of industry trends.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital marketing is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
  • You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive, business-driven content.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and basic landing page tools is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is a must.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and lead funnel creation is desirable.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and others is an asset.
