Job Description
  1. Understanding of RF hardware and system design is crucial for success in this role.
  2. You will work closely with the team to understand RF component characteristics and validation: PLL, LNA, Mixer, PA, Filter, Coupler, switch etc.
  3. Familiarity with Power management components: LDO, Buck convertor etc. is essential.
  4. Schematic Creation in OrCAD Capture is a key requirement.
  5. Guiding PCB Team for RF PCB layout and routing is also part of your responsibilities.
  6. Knowledge of RF measurement techniques such as Harmonics, IP3, Noise Figure, Gain, P1dB, VSWR etc. is necessary.
  7. Hands on experience with Lab equipment like Oscilloscope, Spectrum analyzer, Vector network analyzer, Power meter and Signal Generator is required.
  8. Experience on RF tools: ADS, AWR and HFSS etc. is preferred.
  9. Experience in RADAR subsystem/system design is an added advantage.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

  1. TR Module Design, CW/Pulsed Power Amplifier design, Synthesizer Design, Up/Down Convertor Design, Lumped and Distributed element filter design are must-haves.
  2. Leadership skills to handle a team of 2 or more Engineers (Design & Sr. Design Engineers) are necessary.
