Job Title: IT Systems SpecialistJob Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide comprehensive support across systems, networks, servers, and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting complex issues, ensuring security compliance, and supporting business applications and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System & User Support
  • Provide end-to-end support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and access controls.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application issues.
  • Networking & Infrastructure
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Maintain and monitor network security and connectivity.
  • Support VPN, Wi-Fi, and remote access solutions.
  • Server & Application Support
  • Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Exchange, and SharePoint environments.
  • Perform backup and recovery operations using Veeam.
  • Support SQL Server databases (basic administration, backup, monitoring).
  • Cloud & Security
  • Administer Microsoft 365 (O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online).
  • Manage Azure services including Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps for automation, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor and enhance security posture to comply with CMMC and ISO 27001 standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Technical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches.
  • Experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
  • Hands-on with Microsoft 365 (O365, Exchange, SharePoint).
  • Experience in backup solutions (Veeam).
  • Familiarity with SQL Server management.
  • Proficient in Azure Intune, Azure AD, Defender, and Azure DevOps.
  • Networking & Security
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting and monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of VPNs, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, VLANs.
  • Knowledge of CMMC, ISO 27001, and security best practices.
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • CompTIA Network+ or Security+
  • Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)
