Program Associate Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to drive end-to-end operational activities for student learning programs, focusing on school outreach, student interaction, onboarding, program execution, and field engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Student Support: Provide guidance to students through one-on-one and group sessions, mentor them on post-10th academic vocational pathways, and offer regular counseling and onboarding. Ensure strong documentation and implementation rather than just counseling and coordination with stakeholders for smooth delivery.

Key responsibilities include conducting offline tests primarily on Sundays, managing attendance, dropout, and performance tracking, maintaining waiting lists, refilling dropouts as needed, adding students to WhatsApp groups, and ensuring regular communication.

  • Outreach & Enrollment:

The selected candidate will identify high-potential schools using past results, government data, or official inputs, conduct school and home visits to identify eligible students, administer qualifying tests offline at schools or online, facilitate parent meetings, and scholarship application guidance.

  • Program & Batch Management:

This position involves managing live classes, tests, assignments, and doubt sessions; coordinating logistics for offline sessions and test series events; conducting bilingual school workshops; organizing student-parent meet-ups, motivational workshops, alumni meets, BootCamps; and collaborating with teams for aligned delivery.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed student records, attendance, and batch-level data; write student journey notes and success stories in professional format; collect alumni information; track student outcomes; and provide support based on trends.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Education, or related fields (e.g., B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Tech., B.E., M.Tech.). Minimum 2 years of work experience in student programs, nonprofit NGO operations, field implementation, or education sector initiatives is required.

Essential Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Willingness to travel to remote locations;
  • High adaptability, time flexibility, and ownership mindset;
  • Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory, and English is required.
