Key Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant to lead our finance team with strategic vision and expertise.

Primary Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective financial accounting strategies for the B2C segment, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial numbers to senior management.
  2. Oversee monthly closing processes, quarterly statutory audits, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Prepare business segment disclosures and ensure correct and accurate reporting.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve timely financial closing and reporting.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring robust internal controls and implementing best practices in financial reporting.
  • Leading and motivating a team of professionals by setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective financial reporting systems to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting thorough reviews of financial reports and data to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement.
