Senior Functional Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IFS product implementations, working closely with customers and solution architects on cutting-edge industry solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning the IFS application with the customer's business processes, running functional workshops to uncover and document requirements, and configuring the IFS applications to ensure they meet specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients, business analysts, and solution architects to understand business needs and operational processes.
  • Run workshops for clients focusing on mapping and documenting business processes, use cases, and requirements.
  • Assist in completing the Business Requirement Document and Solution Design Document outlining project requirements and deliverables.
  • Structure and execute demos of the IFS application for clients and internal team members.
  • Provide training, education, coaching, and assistance to team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, computer information systems, supply chain management, operations management, mathematics, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong industry knowledge within the Field Service Management space.
  • Proven experience of 4-6 years as a Functional Consultant working with IFS FSM and/or IFS Cloud.
  • Experience in IFS App Gen or Aurena or IFS cloud.
  • Strong expertise in IFS Cloud modules, configurations, and integrations.
